- W87514586 abstract "El contingut de la tesi radica fonamentalment en l’us de models de membrana biologica per a l’estudi del comportament fisicoquimic de sequencies peptidiques derivades del GB-virus C (GBV-C). La concomitancia d’aquest virus amb el virus causant del SIDA (HIV) ha demostrat disminuir notablement la virulencia d’aquets darrer. Es per aixo que es important coneixer el comportament de peptids que son fragments de les proteines del GBV-C per a posteriori poder enfocar l’estudi de la inhibicio de la capacitat infectiva del HIV per part del GBV-C. Es tracta d’un estudi basic pero amb resultats que contribueixen al disseny de noves estructures peptidiques per a ser emprades com una nova estrategia per a enfocar el tractament de la SIDA. Finalment indicar que aquest tema s’engloba dins del camp de la nanotecnologia pel que fa a l’us de liposomes en els distints estudis presentats.
