- W881932013 abstract "为了解运动后大鼠肌细胞IRS-2、GLUT4蛋白含量及IRS-2磷酸化的动态变化及时间特征。制备Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型。将SD大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组和糖尿病运动组。用Western blot免疫印迹法检测运动后IRS2、GLUT4蛋白含量及IRS-2磷酸化程度。结果得出：与糖尿病对照组相比，运动后1h、3h组、6h、12h、24h和48h股四头肌IRS2蛋白含量分别升高6．8％、23．7％（P〈0．01）、20．7％（P〈0．01）、10％、5．4％和2．7％；GLUT4蛋白含量分别显著升高17．3％、32．7％、42．3％、46．2％、51．9％和45％（P〈0．01）；IRS-2磷酸化分别升高49％、51．4％、45．1％、43．1％、21．6％（P〈0．01）和9．8％（P〈0．05）。结论：一次性中等强度的运动对IRS2、GLUT4含量和IRS2磷酸化产生显著的影响，其中GLUT4含量和IRs2磷酸化升高的效应可持续到运动结束的48h。" @default.
