- W883350688 abstract "目的探讨Fas、caspase-3在新生大鼠脑白质损害时神经胶质细胞凋亡中的作用。方法实验组和对照组各45只大鼠分别于缺氧缺血后30 min、1 h、4 h、12 h、1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d及21 d处死，免疫组化（SP）法检测Fas、caspase-3蛋白表达，TUNEL法测定细胞凋亡。结果新生大鼠脑白质损害时，细胞凋亡指数在缺氧缺血后4 h开始显著增加，3 d达到高峰（P〈0.05）。对照组未检测到Fas，实验组Fas蛋白在缺氧缺血后30 min开始出现，1 h增加，12 h达高峰，并持续至3 d（P〈0.05）。实验组caspase-3蛋白表达上调，于缺氧缺血后1 d达到高峰，与对照组相比在1 h、4 h、12 h、1 d、3 d、7 d有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新生大鼠脑白质损害时，Fas、caspase-3表达及凋亡指数显著增加，并有明显时序性，提示Fas途径激活caspase-3后引起的细胞凋亡可能是新生大鼠脑白质损害的发病机制之一。" @default.
