• W888179670 abstract "The use of residue for the production of new composite have been the subject of researches, with the object to obtain different properties and to solve and to thrown out. In this project was formed developing composites, how to apply flooring and coatings, using natural rubber, carbon black and leather waste in proportions of 60 phr and 80 phr, also called NR/CB/ leather. For comparative studies also two control formulations, one containing natural rubber and leather waste (NR/Leather) and other natural rubber and carbon black (NR/CB) were developed. In the production of composites, the constituents were incorporated into natural rubber using an open cylinder mixer, and then vulcanizing the occurrence were pressed at 150 ° C, with application of a charge of 7,5 tons, using optimal time obtained by vulcanizing from rheometric analysis.
