Knowledge base dari Sistem Pakar ini didapat dari wawancara dengan dokter Obstetri dan Ginekologi, membaca buku, jurnal dan membaca hasil penelitian Kehamilan Ektopik di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Mesim Inferensi dari Sistem Pakar ini menggunakan metode Backward Chaining dan Depth First Search. Teknik konflik resolusi menggunakan urutan dari kaidah yang disusun berdasarkan prioritas gejala dari diagnosis penyakit tertentu dan memicu kaidah yang pertama diaktifkan yaitu kaidah dengan prioritas tertinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sesi Konsultasi yang berupa dialog interaktif dengan Sistem Pakar mengenai pasien khusus. Pemakai memberikan informasi( seperti data pasien dan keadaan pasien) dan menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh Sistem Pakar. Pemakai juga memberikan faktor kepastian untuk kwalitas jawaban tersebut. User Interface dari sistem pakar ini mudah digunakan. Diperlukan waktu yang singkat untuk menggunakanya. Keseluruhan dialog menggunakan bahasa Indinesia yang sederhana.The aims of this research is to build an Expert System for diagnosing Ectopic Precnancy. Knowledge base of this Expert System was obtained from interviews with Obstetrics & Gynaecology doctor, reading medical books and journals of paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, reading the report of the research of Ectopic Precnancy in Sanglah hospital Denpasar. Inference engine of this Expert System used Backward Chaining method and depth first search. Techniques of conflict resolution used rank the rules in a list according to priority symptoms of diagnosis certain disease and fire the first activated rule, i.e. the rule with the highest priority. The results of this research is a typical consultation session, the physicians conduct an interactive dialog with the Expert System about the particular patient. User provides information (such as data patient and patient characteristic) and responds to questions generated by the Expert System. The user can also apply certainty factor (CF) to qualify the answers. The user interface of this Expert System is very easy to use. The required training is minimal. The entire dialog is conducted in plain Indonesian language." @default.
