- W913145428 abstract "目的 观察亚低温对大鼠脊髓损伤后细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）和血管间黏附分子-1（VCMA-1）表达的影响。并探讨亚低温对受损脊髓神经元的保护作用的机制。方法 大鼠脊髓损伤模型，设实验组和对照组，分别置于冰毯机上和常温操作台上，使其肛温分别在（34±0.5）℃ 和（37±0．5）℃ 。12h后处死，取损伤处脊髓。采用免疫组化法检测损伤脊髓区灰质ICAM-1和VCMA-1阳性表达。结果 实验组ICAM-1和VCMA-1阳性表达较对照组下降。结论 亚低温可降低大鼠脊髓损伤区的ICAM-1和VCMA-1的表达，推测亚低温降低ICAM-1和VCMA-1的表达为亚低温减轻脊髓损害的神经保护作用机制之一。" @default.
