- W918853819 abstract "2011～2013年，我们使用乐力牌多维元素分散片（21）改善中老年妇女缺钙症状取得较好效果，现简单报道如下。病例均为我院门诊就诊的50岁以上绝经后有缺钙症状的中老年妇女，共100例，其中50～60岁71例，61～70岁23例，71～80岁6例，均有腰背痛、四肢酸痛、乏力等症状。随机分成两组。治疗组50例，口服乐力（浙江奥瑞特制药有限公司生产，国药准字H20070273），每日两片，连服三个月。对照组50例，嘱其进行饮食疗法、体育锻炼、予以心理安慰等。结果：治疗组腰背痛6例，占12％；对照组腰背痛28例，占56％。治疗组四肢酸痛4例，占8％；对照组四肢酸痛17例，占34％。治疗组乏力5例，占10％；对照组乏力26例，占52％。结果表明治疗后补钙组的临床缺钙症状明显低于对照组。统计学采用x 2检验（P＜0．05）。治疗组无骨折病例发生，对照组2例发生骨折。治疗组和对照组服用乐力过程中均无副反应出现。" @default.
