- W927432079 abstract "在国际粮食市场不完善情况下,利用区域合作机制保障粮食安全是在既定粮食安全保障水平下提高粮食安全政策成本效率的有效途径。本研究借鉴Narayan Khadka和朱晶、钟甫宁的分析框架,分析利用区域合作机制保障中国和东盟区域粮食安全所需要的粮食储备规模,并通过模拟分析比较了它与完全市场分割情况下粮食储备规模上的差别。研究结果表明：如果政策确定的保障程度为100%抹平年度间的粮食产量变异,在中国和东盟各国完全区域分割情况下,所需要的最大储备规模是在中国和东盟区域市场整合条件下的2.16倍。可见,利用在中国和东盟区域合作框架下保障区域粮食安全的政策效率明显提高。另外,在包含日本、韩国的10＋3区域合作模式下,区域粮食储备规模比10＋1合作模式下上升幅度不超过4%。这说明,随着粮食保障区域范围的扩大,粮食安全政策成本效率更明显。" @default.
