- W928857415 abstract "目的观察以羟乙基淀粉130/0.4溶液行急性超容血液稀释（AHHD）对子宫颈癌根治术患者围术期高凝状态的影响。方法择期行子宫颈癌根治术患者70例,随机均分为血液稀释组（H组）、对照组（C组）。H组,术前30min内输注15mL·kg^-1羟乙基淀粉130/0.4;C组常规给予复方乳酸钠液。抽取静脉血标本,采用血栓弹力描记仪检测AHHD前即刻（t0）、AHHD结束后即刻（t1）、手术开始后1h（t2）、手术结束时（t3）时的凝血参数反应时间（R）、凝血时间（K）、α角（ANG）、最大振幅（MA）、凝血指数（CI）。结果与t0比较,H组t1时K值延长（P〈0.05）,ANG、MA、CI缩短（P〈0.05）;C组t2、t3时K值缩短（P〈0.05）,ANG、MA延长（P〈0.05）,t3时CI延长（P〈0.05）。与C组比较,H组t1、t2、t3时K延长（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,ANG、MA缩短（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,CI降低（P〈0.05）。H组术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率较C组降低（P〈0.05）。结论子宫颈癌根治术前采用羟乙基淀粉130/0.4行AHHD能减轻改善围术期高凝病理状态,对预防术后静脉血栓形成有一定的作用。" @default.
