The results show that: (1) The films thickness increases in proportion to the current density, while the roughness increases exponentially, and the surface quality becomes worse within the trial current density range; (2) The film shows better corrosion resistance than Ti 6Al 4V substrate in mass fraction of 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution; (3) The friction coefficient of the film is higher than that of Ti 6Al 4V substrate without lubrication, and the wear mechanism of the film is primarily brittle crack." @default.
