- W942424146 abstract "目的：分析2013年石家庄市不同人群HIV抗体检测结果，了解全市艾滋病流行现状。方法从艾滋病专报系统下载石家庄市2013年“HIV检测份数表”进行统计分析。结果2013年HIV抗体筛查检测851536人次，确证阳性261例，检测阳性率0 V．031％。医疗机构筛查人次数构成比最多为72．18％；疾控机构检测阳性率最高为0．198％。术前及输血前检测、孕产期检查和无偿献血人员检测三类人群占筛查总数的84．98％；自愿咨询检测人群阳性率最高为0．407％；不同机构和不同人群检测阳性率间差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论石家庄市艾滋病疫情仍处于低流行态势；HIV检测的主要来源是医疗机构将HIV列为常规检测的被动筛查人群；自愿咨询检测已成为发现HIV感染者和患者的重要途径；医疗机构对性病门诊和其他就诊者检测有更加重要意义。" @default.
