- W943152044 abstract "目的观察电针对全脑缺血-再灌注大鼠脑组织IL-1β的影响。方法30只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为假手术组、全脑缺血-再灌注模型组（IR组）;全脑缺血-再灌注电针组（IRA组）,每组10只。四动脉结扎法（4-VO）建立大鼠全脑缺血-再灌注模型,作为IR组。IRA组电针大鼠曲池、足三里穴,各组均于再灌注6h后取脑,ELISA法测定脑组织IL-1β含量。结果与假手术组和IRA组比较,IR组脑组织内IL-1β显著升高（P〈0.001）,而IRA组与假手术组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论电针刺激能显著降低全脑缺血-再灌注大鼠脑组织IL-1β浓度。" @default.
