- W945307946 abstract "Objective:To observe Vitamin D3 imbedded by sodium alginate nanoparticles and Vitamin D3 's prevention effect on rats rickets.Method: 36 rats were randomly divided into control group rickets、model group、sSAN-VD3 high dose group(4.2mg.kg-1.d-1 included VD337.5 μg)、sSAN-VD3 low dose group(1.70 mg.kg-1.d-1 included VD315.0 μg)、VD3 high dose group(37.5 μg.kg-1.d-1)、 VD3 low dose group(15.0 μg.kg-1.d-1).Control group rats were bred with control diet and sunlight,but the other groups were bred with Vitamin D3 deficiency diet and the room kept from sunlight.The rats in prevented groups were administered by Vitamin D3 imbed by sodium alginate nanoparticles and Vitamin D3 by stomach perfusion with each dose.Body weight,25-(OH) VD3,BAP in serum and thighbone's density of each groups were determined.Results: The weight,25-(OH) VD3 of serum and thighbone's BMD of rats in normal group,sSAN-VD3 high and low dose groups and Vitamin D3 high dose group were significantly decreased but BAP of serum was elevated as compared with rickets model group(p0.05).The rats in sSAN-VD3 low dose group were prevented from rickets significantly in the results of BAP、25-(OH) VD3 of serum and thighbone's BMD(p0.05) as compared with VD3 low dose group in the same dose of VD3.Conclusions: Vitamin D3 imbedded by sodium alginate nanoparticles and Vitamin D3 were both effectively prevented the form of rickets,but Vitamin D3 imbed by sodium alginate nanoparticles had better effect." @default.
