It can be concluded that: (1). There are differences of the Entrepreneurship’s theory and practice of learning outcomes, the between students who provided formative assessment in the form of an objective with the essay form, (2). There is interaction effect of formative assessment and adaptive learning outcomes toward the Entrepreneurship’s theory and practice of learning outcomes, either individually or jointly, (3). The students’ Entrepreneurship theory and practice learning outcomes who have high adaptive subject learning outcomes were given an objective form of formative assessment is not different from essay form, (4).The students’ Entrepreneurship theory and practice learning outcomes who have low adaptive subject learning outcomes and were given an objective form of formative assessment is different from essay form, (5). The students’ Entrepreneurship theory or practice learning outcomes who have high adaptive subject learning outcomes and were given an objective form of formative assessment is not lower than the essay form, (6). The students’ Entrepreneurship theory or practice learning outcomes who have low adaptive subject learning outcomes and were given an objective form of formative assessment is higher than essay form. To improve the quality of Entrepreneurship theory and or practice learning outcomes, the teachers are expected to conduct formative assessment in vary. Keywords: Vocational, Evaluation, Adptif, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bentuk penilaian formatif dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran adaptif, terhadap hasil belajar teori dan praktik Kewirausahaan siswa SMK Negeri di Kota Kupang Provinsi NTT, tahun ajaran 2010/2011. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen desain MANOVA treatment by level 2x2. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1). Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar teori dan atau praktik Kewirausahaan, baik sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama antara siswa yang diberikan penilaian formatif dalam bentuk obyektif dengan bentuk esai, (2). Terdapat pengaruh interaksi bentuk penilaian formatif dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran adaptif terhadap hasil belajar teori dan atau praktik Kewirausahaan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, (3). Hasil belajar teori dan praktik Kewirausahaan siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar mata pelajaran adaptif tinggi dan diberikan penilaian formatif bentuk obyektif tidak berbeda dengan yang diberikan bentuk esai, (4). Hasil belajar teori dan praktik Kewirausahaan siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar mata pelajaran adaptif rendah dan diberikan penilaian formatif bentuk obyektif berbeda dibandingkan dengan yang diberikan bentuk esai, (5). Hasil belajar teori atau praktek Kewirausahaan siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar mata pelajaran adaptif tinggi dan diberikan penilaian formatif bentuk obyektif tidak lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang diberikan bentuk esai, (6). Hasil belajar teori atau praktik Kewirausahaan siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar mata pelajaran adaptif tinggi dan diberikan penilaian formatif bentuk obyektif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang diberikan bentuk esai.
