- W949079968 abstract "目的了解2％碳酸氢钠缓释液对变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10及鼻腔黏膜的影响。方法100只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、2％碳酸氢钠缓释液组、清水组。以5％卵清蛋白为致敏原，建立变应性鼻炎大鼠模型，对造模的大鼠鼻腔通过辅舒良、2％碳酸氢钠缓释液治疗后，用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10的水平，大鼠鼻黏膜标本经HE染色后显微镜下观察其病理变化。结果2％碳酸氢钠缓释液能有效改善变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻部症状，对变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜均有明显改善作用，镜下观察嗜酸性粒细胞明显减少，血管扩张、充血明显减轻，纤毛修复。碳酸氢钠组与模型组相比较，IL-4、IL-10水平降低（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论2％碳酸氢钠缓释液能通过降低血清IL-4、IL-10水平，改善鼻黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞浸润，从而改善症状，是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法之一。" @default.
