- W958848356 abstract "目的观察大气细颗粒物（PM2．5）对培养的大鼠血管平滑肌细胞（VSMC）增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）、血管细胞黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）表达及增殖的影响，了解其可能的作用机制。方法采集湛江市区大气中的PM2．5，以10、20、50、100、200mg／L剂量染毒培养的大鼠VSMC24h后，观察PM2．5对VSMC的PCNA、VCAM-1表达（免疫组化法）及增殖（MTT法）影响。结果在10-200mg／L范围内，随着染毒质量浓度增加，VSMC的PCNA水平从（16．67±2．58）上升到（58．00±8．25）（F=82．23，P〈0．01），VCAM-1水平从（15．83±2．32）上升到（60．83±2．56）（F=258．63，P〈0．01），MTT值从（0．49±0．067）增加到（0．72±0．025）（F=27．98，P〈0．01）。结论PM2．5促进体外培养的VSMCPCNA、VCAM-1表达，刺激VSMC增殖，在10-200mg／L质量浓度范围内具有剂量依赖性。" @default.
