This chapter will explore the connection between 360° feedback and organizational culture and will begin by carefully defining culture in an organizational context. In so doing, this chapter will consider a popular form of culture in recent times that has become associated with the phenomenon of total quality. The relationship between 360° feedback and a total quality culture will be clarified. This discussion will then lead into an elaboration of the push-pull relationship between 360° feedback and organizational culture, an issue introduced in Chapter 2. This chapter concludes with an acknowledgment of the potential downside of 360° feedback with regard to culture, that is, the potential for negative effects." @default.
