- W96372813 abstract "Objective: To observe the effects of Qiangxinyiqi decoction(QXYQD) on myocardium remodeled rats with chronic pressure overload.Methods: Pressure overload rat models were established by partly constricting the abdominal aortas.48 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: operation group(OG),sham operation group(SOG),low-dose QXYQD group,high-dose QXYQD group.L-QXYQD group and H-QXYQD group were orally administered with Qiangxinyiqi decoction after operation.The other 2 groups were given the same amount of saline in the same way.The contents of AngⅡ and ALD in plasma,left ventricular weights of the four groups were recorded,and collagen volume fraction(CVF) was determined by videodensitometry at 4th week after operation.Results: Compared with OG group,the AngⅡ and ALD of the SOG groupsignifi cantly increased(P0.01);compared with SOG group,those of each treatment group decreased,which had a signifi cant difference(P0.05,P0.01);compared with OG group,a lot of collagen accompanied of the myofi brilla in the SOG group,the LVMI and CVP of MC group were higher,which had a significant difference(P0.01);compared with OG group,those of each treatment group were lower,which had a signifi cant difference(P.0.05,P0.01).Conclusions: Qiangxinyiqi decoction has benefi cial effects on myocardium remodeling,can lighten and postpone the accumulation of myocardial collagen of rats with pressure overload,which may partly depend on decreasing the contents of AngⅡ and ALD in plasma." @default.
