- W966256119 abstract "A magyar ipar teruleti strukturajaban az 1990-es evek elejen radikalis valtozasok vettek kezdetuket. Az uj terstruktura kibontakozasaban dontő szerepet jatszottak a kulfoldi tőkebefektetesek. A korabbi EK-DNy-i ipari, energetikai tengelyt felvaltotta a posztfordi ENy-DK-i ipari tengely, amely lenyegeben a Dunantul eszaki fele. Ez az ipari termeles hazai fellegvara. Az 1990-es evtized kozepere kialakult uj ipari terszerkezetben nem kovetkezett be jelentős valtozas, annak ellenere, hogy az utobbi evekben felerősodott a relokacio. Az uj ipari teruleti struktura kialakulasaban a kulonboző iparagak elterő mertekben vettek reszt. Lokalis szinten a fővaros tradicionalis ipari teruleteinek felterkepezese igazolta a korabban megkezdődott folyamatok folytatodasat. Tovabb zsugorodtak az ipari teruletek, es felgyorsult az ipari teruletek fogyasa a fővaros DK-i feleben is. Feltarultak az ipari teruletek nagysag- es funkciobeli valtozasanak teruleti kulonbsegei. Az ipari teruleteket hasznositasuk alapjan tipizaltuk. A budapesti tapasztalatok sok rokon vonast mutattak a lengyel fővarosban megfigyelt folyamatokkal. | Since the beginning of the 1990s radical changes have started in the spatial pattern of Hungarian industry. Foreign direct investment has played a decisive role in the shaping of the new spatial structure. The former NE-SW industrial axis has been replaced by the postfordist NW-SE industrial axis, which, in fact, means the northern part of Transdanubia. This is the citadel of the industrial production. In the new industrial spatial pattern, which has been shaped by the middle of the 1990s, there have not been any relevant changes, although the relocation in industry has been accelerated lately. The different branches of industry have taken part in the shaping of the new spatial pattern of industry to a different degree. On local level the latest survey of the traditional industrial areas of Budapest has proven the continuation of the process started earlier. The size of industrial areas has further decreased, and the decrease of industrial areas has been accelerated in the south-eastern part of the city too. The regional differences in the size and function of the industrial areas have been also revealed. Industrial areas have been typified by their utilisation. The Budapest experiences have shown lots of common features with the processes observed in the Polish capital." @default.
