- W9667546 abstract "本邦の自己免疫性膵炎の臨床診断基準は，自己免疫性膵炎として確実な症例のみを診断するミニマムコンセンサスの立場から作成された．韓国とアメリカから2006年に報告された診断基準は，ステロイド治療に対する反応性や膵外病変などを含むより広い立場をとっている．2008年1月に日本と韓国の研究者によってAsian diagnostic criteria for autoimmune pancreatitisが提唱され，7月にはソウルで，自己免疫性膵炎の診断基準に関する国際コンセンサスに向けて，国際シンポジウムが開催された．本邦や韓国で認められている自己免疫性膵炎は，膵臓に著明なリンパ球と形質細胞の浸潤と線維化を認めるlymphoplasmacytic sclerosing pancreatitis（LPSP）であるが，欧米からは膵臓に好中球の浸潤を認める自己免疫性膵炎が報告され，LPSPとは異なる病態を呈する事が明らかにされてきた．自己免疫性膵炎の臨床診断基準に関する国際コンセンサスへの歩みが始まったが，未解決な部分も多く，今後も国際的観点から，諸外国の研究者と討論を重ねていく必要がある．" @default.
