- W96695400 abstract "妊娠において最も頻度の高い合併症は妊娠高血圧症候群で，発症には遺伝的素因とリスク因子が関与する．主な病態は胎盤発育不全による胎盤虚血，それに起因する母体の血管内皮細胞障害と高血圧，および子宮内胎児発育遅延であり，蛋白尿を伴う場合は妊娠高血圧腎症と称する．腎疾患はリスク因子であり，加重型妊娠高血圧腎症を合併しやすい．降圧治療は母体合併症の予防には有用だが，妊娠期間の延長には繋がらない．妊娠早期に発症を予知し，発症を抑制する新たな治療法の開発が望まれる．高血圧は分娩後に軽快するが，長期的に見ると本症候群合併妊婦は心血管病，メタボリック症候群，慢性腎臓病のリスクが高く，複数回繰り返すと末期腎不全の集積発症頻度も高くなる．低出生体重児も慢性腎臓病や高血圧の高リスク群で，本症候群を経過した母児には，この様な視点に立ったtotal-life careが必要である．" @default.
