- W997411568 abstract "目的观察糖尿病易感患者酗酒时血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-1（IL-1）、白介素-6（IL-6）、谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体（GADA）水平的变化。方法选择一组（n=62）有糖尿病家族史的酗酒者体重指数和血脂正常为A组（n=28）、有糖尿病家族史的酗酒者体重指数和血脂升高为B组（n=34）、2型糖尿病患者为C组（n=23）、正常对照组为D组（n=21），分别测定血清TNF—α、IL—1、IL-6、GADA毒平的变化，有糖尿病家族史的酗酒者停酒3个月后再次检测血清TNF—α、IL-1、IL-6、GADA水平的变化。组间均数比较采用t检验。结果A组患者酗酒时血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、GADA水平高于D组（P〈0．05），B组血清TNF—α、IL-1、IL-6、GADA水平高于D组（P〈0．05），C组患者血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、GADA水平明显高于D组（P〈0.01）；糖尿病易感患者酗酒者在停酒3月后再次检测血清TNF—α、IL-1、IL-6、GADA水平下降（P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病易感患者酗酒时乙醇诱发和／或加重胰岛素抵抗、使岛β细胞的损伤，由此导致糖代谢紊乱的发生和发展。" @default.
